Last night, GS3 CEO Lisa Lunsford spoke at Leadership in Motion, sponsored by the Automotive Women’s Alliance Foundation (AWAF) and Faurecia North America.

With the rise of autonomous vehicles and related technologies, the entire automotive industry is undergoing a rapid transformation. The Leadership in Motion panel, which included Lisa, Glenn Stevens, Vice President of Automotive and Mobility Initiatives at the Detroit Regional Chamber; Judy Curran, Director of Global Vehicle Components Systems & Engineering Planning and Strategy for Ford Motor Company; and Chris Rau, Vice President of HR for Faurecia North America, discussed how to anticipate and respond to a changing workforce and the rapid pace of technology.

AWAF’s mission is to “advance and empower women in the automotive industry” and works to do so through professional development, social events, and fundraising for scholarship funds for women pursuing automotive and mobility careers.
